Bonsai Conference 2025

On 5 and 6 April 2025, Mistral Bonsai will open its doors to celebrate a new edition of the Bonsai Conference. An event awaited by all the enthusiasts of this millenary art. If you are a bonsai lover or simply feel curiosity to explore this fascinating world, you can’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this unique weekend.

Demonstrations and international masters at the Bonsai Conference 2025

The main attraction of the Bonsai Conference will be, without a doubt, the opportunity to see some of the best Bonsai masters in the world in action. This year, we will have the presence of three great referents:

Hiroki Miura

Vice President of the Japan Shohin Bonsai Association, he returns to share his vast experience in the creation and care of Shohin bonsai. Come and learn from an expert who will bring his unique vision from Osaka, Japan.

Germán Colmenares

Winner of the European New Talent Contest in 2022, he is a young Master whose fresh and creative approach is revolutionising the bonsai world. This will be a perfect opportunity to get a closer look at his work.

Piotr Czerniachowski

He became the first Polish demonstrator in the prestigious Trophy in 2021 and will introduce us to his talent and skills. His innovative approach and precise technique will surely impress you.

Activities for everyone at the Bonsai Conference 2025

The Bonsai Conference is not only about bonsais, but also about living a unique cultural experience for the whole family. Enjoy guided tours of our exhibition of more than 10,000m2, where you can learn the secrets of ancient bonsai from our experts. We also offer free bonsai workshops which are ideal for beginners as well as for those who want to continue learning techniques and tips to improve their skills.

Oriental culture will be the common thread throughout the event, and for this reason we have prepared various complementary activities:

• Oriental culture workshops: immerse yourself in the traditions and traditions of Asia through inspiring activities.
• Yoga sessions: relax and connect body and mind in our yoga workshops.
• Kid’s Zone: the little ones will be able to enjoy activities designed for them.
• The Wish Tree: where you can practice the art of origami by making a crane and hanging it from a tree.
• Food Truck: enjoy delicious burgers & fries from Delticious, the food truck of the Ebro Delta, perfect to recharge your batteries while you enjoy the event!

You can also take a walk and get lost in our collection of centenary specimens, which is one of the largest in the continent. Enjoy the maximum expression of spring in the tables full of bonsai trees of more than 250 varieties that we have in our facilities.
