Bonsai specimen Juniperus chinensis itoigawa, 58 years. This large specimen bonsai has a strong nebari and a twisting trunk evoking the tree's struggle against the elements. It has a double shari that twists dramatically and accompanies the twisting movement of the trunk. It is a Sakkan in all its design, it has a number of branches that allow to make a compact design of the foliage, bringing it closer to the curves of the trunk. Live vein, foliage and dead wood come together in dramatic and unexpected curves, creating a visual image of harmony in all its elements.
