Durantha repens. Bonsai 7 years. Duranta. The so-called indoor trees are mostly trees from tropical origins, that do not support low temperatures. We must place them indoors, always close to a source of natural light. Evergreen tree.

Location: In Mediterranean climate areas, outside in full sun throughout the year. In colder areas, to be protected from frost.

Watering: It is necessary to let the surface layer of the substrate dry slightly between two watering. It doesn’t tolerate well the excess of water.

Curiosities: It is a very decorative bonsai for its flowering and its fruits, also of great interest for its fragrance. Moreover, the flowers attract butterflies, and birds will enjoy eating its attractive golden yellow berries.

Dimensions in centimeters approx. (width x depth x height): 24 x 22 x 34

Note: The shape and measurements of the bonsais are approximate. The colour and shape of the pot may vary from that of the photo. A bonsai is a living being. The images that appear are non-binding illustrative pictures.
