Location: In Mediterranean climate areas, outside in full sun throughout the year. In colder areas, to be protected from frost.
Watering: It is necessary to let the surface layer of the substrate dry slightly between two watering. It doesn’t tolerate well the excess of water.
Curiosities: It is a very decorative bonsai for its flowering and its fruits, also of great interest for its fragrance. Moreover, the flowers attract butterflies, and birds will enjoy eating its attractive golden yellow berries.

From spring to mid-autumn with organic fertilizer or liquid NUTRIBONSAI from Mistral Bonsai.
Fertilisation must be interrupted during extremely hot summer periods.

Every 2 years, in early spring.

Mistral Bonsai TERRABONSAI; otherwise, if not available 100% Akadama, or mixed with a 20% of volcanic gravel can also be used.
After transplanting it is convenient to water with a solution of VITABONSAI, to accelerate the recovery of the tree.

Within the growing period, by reducing the excessively grown shoots to a pair of leaves.
