Special repotting. Soils for conifers bonsai This kit is a combination of soils we recommend for preparing ideal mixtures for coniferous bonsai repotting, such as Pinus, Juniperus, Taxus, Podocarpus, Pseudolarix or Metasequoia, among others.

This Kit includes:

Akadama. It facilitates drainage to prevent waterlogging and soil compaction.

Kiyiuzuna. The hardness of its grain provides soil mixtures that allow to extend the time between repotting.

Vitabonsai. It helps root production and and facilitates the adaptation after repotting. It also enhances growth and provides micronutrients, vitamins and minerals to the bonsai.

Sticks. The use of sticks during repotting prevents the formation of voids between the roots and the soil, ensuring a firmer soil.

There are many combinations of mixtures depending on the cultivation objective. An example would be: 70% Akadama + 30% Kiryuzuna
