Location: In Mediterranean climate areas, outside in full sun throughout the year. In colder areas, to be protected from frost.
Watering: Abundant in summer and in moderation in winter.
Curiosities: The black-red juice of the fruits is utilized to colour and sometimes to modify the colour of the wines, to give them the appearance of a mature wine.
