A prebonsai is a small tree with specific features, that with a little work and some care can become a beautiful bonsai. The prebonsai are grown from seedlings to get a good nebari, which is the base of the trunk, fine roots near the trunk, and several design possibilities. This prebonsai line will allow you to model and design the bonsai in the style you want or that the tree indicates.

Malus. Prebonsai 15 years. Crab Apple or Apple tree. Outdoor prebonsai, typical from the Mediterranean. Very appreciated for its fruits, the apples, and their flowers in spring. It needs both sun and cold to produce fruit.

Location: Apple trees can be helped to fruit by pollinating them manually by applying pollen from a flower to the stigma.

Watering: Abundant in summer, moderate in winter. Take care not to wet the flowers. Avoid waterlogging.

Curiosities: It can adapt to all climates but prefers a sunny location all year round. In summer, it should be protected from the extreme midday sun. It resists frost, but it is better to protect it from temperatures below -2ºC.
