100% Akadama, or mixed with a 20% of volcanic earth.

Pruning

Pruning is done at the beginning of the sprouting season in spring.

Pinching

When the shoots have grown to 6 to 8 leaves, cut down to 2 leaves. Remove the shoots that grow excessively.

This plant is widely distributed, covering pergolas which get covered in odorous flowers of violet colour in spring.
